The gigantic Mr. Google is getting closer to us and making things easier for us, recently it was possible to search for information in the search engine with images, but now it has gone further, now one of the filters is: Rights of use.
As you already know, the use of images that are not free of rights can even lead to complaints if we do not know how to use them and their author / owner catches us, especially if we make commercial use of it.
To use Google Image Search and filter, you just have to type in the search engine what you want to find, click on “Search tools” and then on “Rights of use”.
Then a drop-down will appear with the search options:
- No filter by license: Shows all photos, whether or not they can be used by third parties.
- Labels for reuse with modifications: Photos reusable in blogs, social networks, etc.
- Labeled for reuse: These can be used commercially.
- Labeled for non-commercial reuse with modifications: You can modify them but you cannot use them commercially.
- Labeled for non-commercial reuse: You can modify them and also use them commercially.
