After the announcement of the delay of the Page Experience Update that has been relegated until mid-June, Google has put the batteries again and is shaking up the SEO world again with continuous updates of its search algorithm. We are talking about the update of April 23, and the one of last April 28. And we have another possible search algorithm update in the works again. The first signals were detected on April 30, its maximum occurred on Saturday, May 1, but on Sunday, May 2, its effects could still be felt. And it seems that it is an update of a certain magnitude.
As usual, those from Mountain View have neither announced nor confirmed this new possible update. But the tools for monitoring and analyzing the variability of the algorithm are quite clear:
Regarding the accounts that we manage from Sinapsis, we have observed that this latest Google update has positively affected 52.8% of the accounts, causing an upward trend in their positioning. On the other hand, 36.1% of our websites have suffered a drop in their visibility. The remaining 11.1% has maintained a certain stability.
As usual, at Sinapsis we continue to monitor any change in the variability of the algorithm and we are already preparing strategies to counteract its effects.
