It’s called Arturo, and since 24 May 2022, it’s already working: it’s the new WordPress 6.0 version, which comes with almost 1000 updates and is more intuitive than ever.

Developers and end users alike will be able to benefit from the improvements of this latest version of the software, which, as WordPress itself explains in its official announcement, “takes full editing one step further by offering more customisation tools and new blocks, focusing on writing and design workflows.

In case you still don’t know, every WordPress update is named after a jazz artist, and this time it honours Grammy winner Arturo O’Farrill. As we were saying, this new version comes on strong with major improvements, some of which will be immediately noticeable, such as the fast performance of the website.
