The month of February, although it is the shortest of the year, has been very intense in terms of search algorithm updates. And last weekend we were able to observe a possible Google update that began on Friday the 26th and took effect until Sunday the 28th.
As is often the case, those from Mountain View have not commented on the matter, but using our search algorithm variability monitoring tools we have been able to detect the effects of this possible update:
Regarding the accounts we manage at Sinapsis, we have observed that 44.7% show an upward trend after this new Google update. On the other hand, 31.6% have suffered slight drops in their visibility, while 23.7% show a stable trend.
As usual, at Sinapsis we will continue to monitor these algorithm variations and we are already taking the necessary measures to adapt our SEO strategies to these new changes.
