Buyer’s Journey is the process that a client goes through from the moment they locate our product or service until they end up buying or hiring it.

Stages of the Buyer’s Journey

This process of the buying cycle goes through three different stages, which are the following:

  • Decision. In this last stage, the client has found what he was looking for and is ready to purchase our product or service. Here the cycle of the first purchase closes, but what interests us is that you continue to be a customer and continue to buy our brand. For this we can “hook” you by offering you, for example, a discount for your next purchase.
